My first time at this store, to use the self serve printers. There were three of us using them, all three of us had problems, all three of us received little or no help. The guy was just standing there, not busy. Not interested in the least in lending a hand. The printers were also awful, laggy or outright unresponsive. I had to try three of them to get one that at least slowly worked. Brutal.

Went to the south location yesterday to order new business stamps and Athena helped me out tremendously, she was professional, friendly and patient and got it all organised and ordered for me. This is the kind of customer service that is unfortunately lacking in Businesses these days, if we had more retail employees like Athena who clearly loves people and her chosen profession we would be well better served out there. Thanks again Athena, it was a pleasure. Liz & Bob Bloos Red Deer AB

won't honour the price matching on a computer unless you either bring it into the store with your receipt or make you Buy it again at the lower price before doing another separate transaction to refund you. most people can't afford to buy a MacBook twice just to get the price difference back or wait days to get the hold on the funds from a credit card back won't do anything to help, can't do the price match as a refund and purchase in one transaction refuse to refund the purchase first as a option don't deal with these frauds that claim price match and make it so difficult to actually do for the average person

Prices too high. But good wide selection, if you need stuff that they sell.
