I am in a wheelchair.I use to visit very frequently and was but then they expanded.Shortly after that, they hiked up their prices. Not only that but it has become a cluttered place. Having to push this or that out of the way just to get around. While it is wheelchair accessible, it isn’t very wheelchair friendly. To me, it feels like a dirty grubby place which I now avoid. Yesterday, March 27, 2019, I revisited this place and found that my previous comments were taken to heart and the store was cleaned up. I hope it stays that way as appearances mean everything. I found it a pleasure to shop there again. It felt and looked like a clean place. It no longer was cluttered and hard to get down isles. I will go back again. I will now give it five stars. Thank you management for making it a pleasant experience.

I bought a pair of shoes and as usual due to their non refund exchange policy I didn’t keep the receipt. When I was ready to wear the shoes as I usually do removed the price ink from the sole of the shoe. I then noticed each shoe was a different size. I went to the store one day and a supervisor advised to bring them back and to ask for a supervisor on shift, they’ll see what they could do. I can explained I had no receipt and removed the ink price from the shoes. The week after I returned to the store and a different supervisor told me No she couldn’t honor an exchange and said the people in the back didn’t remember the shoes being in the store (I wouldn’t either after seeing a lot of items). So I left the shoes with her. I have attended this store since it opened to shop. I noticed that they put items in the rack now to sell that are dirty, ripped, broken items for sale and now uneven shoes. They need a better quality revision of what they put out for sale. I was disappointed with this experience so I started to shop st Value Village instead where their exchange policy is better. My advise treat customers like such after all Goodwill is the success it is due to customers who buy reusable items that others like me kindly donate.

I was quite impressed going there for the first time. Everything was very neat and organized. The prices were unreal, very low prices. Unlike other thrift stores, prices are VERY reasonable. Only thing I would say is that they label the sizes different to what size they actually are. If you aren't trying on the clothes first, double check the size before buying it!

This is my to go thrift shop I come a few times a month for fun and always go home with a little old treasure. Two days ago I came home with a collection of old vinyl records Love it! Fairly priced not like many other stores that Jack up all the prices...you need to be patient when thrift shopping but here is fun!

Great selection and usually great prices but lately they seem to be following value village and over pricing alot of their stock. I hope they realize that value village is close by and they have a much larger building with never ending stock, and people might as well go there if they are the prices
