This is a thank-you note for Liam Scott, Services Manager of the Staples store at 11812 - 104 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5K2T8. Liam helped me with the purchase of a monitor in June 2019. (I placed an online order, but I made a mistake in my order.) When I came to pick up the product, he quickly and efficiently found the reason why my order was not in the store's files, and suggested an easier solution – to cancel the online order and to buy directly from the store. He checked the availability, found the product in stock, and completed the sale. He also gave me very clear and professional advice on another product - a notebook that I was considering to buy. I highly recommend Liam Scott as a courteous, knowledgeable and charismatic individual who would definitely contribute to the success of any IT store or company. Great job and great attitude! Came in for passport photos; unfortunately, the staff haven't been trained on the printing machine. The manager was too busy to offer assistance. The staff were friendly and tried their best. Took an hour in total

I had a bit of a hard time flagging someone down to help me find 14 x 8.5 legal lined paper. Unfortunately not a big selection of this kind at could be found here. However, staff was very friendly, and I found some good prices on other office supplies that I needed. Convenient location too!

Staff are very friendly here, although sometimes lacking in knowledge. Very small store and might not have what you're looking for. Great central location for a quick staples stop, though!

This store or at least the store I had the pleasure of visiting this morning. It had me all flustered with the awesome customer service I was given. They greeted me at the door and welcomed me with a smile. They lead me to the products I was looking for. Always happy and very knowledgable on there products. Cheerful inviting and fun all in one. The greatest customer service I have ever recieved from any store in fact. I will always shop for my office needs at STAPLES cause it's the place for the greatest customer service one can get. Thank you Staples your the best
