The Brick

Spoke with the manager, Jenni, about a tv stand and she was amazing! So helpful and straight up! This girl needs a raise!

Read the fine print for all sales, the Brick is not responsible for any customer service other than the sale after that it's all up to you. Horrible experience regarding warranty on appliance that I purchased, quick to sell you something but horrible if your appliance breaks down. Manager cares nothing about taking care of his customers. If you can't service a product why sell it and if you do sell it maybe you should communicate what happens if it breaks down. My dishwasher lasted 4 months (still under manufacture warranty) and manager told me that it's not his problem. I'm only giving 1 star for the fact that he made a sale.I have read their terms and policy's and am totally in ah that people actually shop at the Brick. Had manager explained everything regarding warranty on product this may have turned out different because I would have never purchased from The Brick. Just a warning to everybody out in Bonnyville and surrounding area. I will remove post or change rating if manager comes around with some customer service. Update: After conversation with owner all was resolved, I have received a full credit back from my original purchase and have received a new dishwasher of the same value. I was worried for a while but the Brick did come through for me and then some. My apologies to manager for the review but I was frustrated and am glad they came through with their promise. As promised to them I told them I would remove my review however they requested that it stayed and that I communicate to everybody that they did take care of the issue. Job well done to the Brick in Bonnyville for taking care of their customer. Thank you very much.

Thought they opened at 9 like the sale flyer said but was really at 10. After that we got a good deal on a new king bed.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by a smile. Jenni was great help finding me a new freezer when mine crapped out on me, and I got it at a great price. I will continue to shop at the Brick :)

very long wait for my TV. had to be sent back twice because of damaging nothing to do but be patient other then that staff is very nice plus got a great deal on the tv 👍 really needing my tv for my cave project 😐
