If you go shopping at the Brick in Cold Lake, Andrew is the guy to talk to! He is helpful, tries to accommodate you the best he can and takes the time you need to help you. We had a fridge issue, had to get a new fridge. He stayed past closing time to ensure we got what we needed. I made a mistake for the fridge size and had to change my order a couple of days after and he did everything he could to stop the shipment. It won't happen every time, we got lucky that our new fridge hadn't shipped but he went out of his way to help us out. My wife and I will definitely be back to him for our next home outfitting purchase! Thanks Andrew!

Went here today and none of the staff asked us if we needed help, one said hi back to us after we said hi to her then she walked away.. we walked by some office areas and the workers were watching videos on their phones and gave us looks as we passed. probably worried we would interrupt them..we were completely turned off by the workers bad customer service we wont be back here again. sad that they are missing opportunities to sell furniture to people. I watched others wander around as well with no help then walk out the front door.

Always good to see selection. I find that if you are willing to wait a week or two items will go on sale. I have compared with other local stores and often they come out on top. Now that we only have a choice of 2 furnishings stores since Sears is no more, my top choice is The Brick. The people who sat ‘they never have what you want in stock’ have to realize that to carry so much stock would be impossible. Every furniture store I have ever dealt with has been the same. Some may carry some items but not everything. Likewise a lot of what is carried is drop shipped from manufacturers. Shop in advance, get to know a salesperson and ask that they let you know when the item you want goes on sale. That’s what we have done and it has payed off in savings. And remember if your item goes on sale after you buy, they will match the new price for your earlier purchase within 3 months of when you bought it.
