Be careful buying anything in this store. If you ordered even just a kitchen stools, you will have to take them. There is no return policy written anywhere. We wanted to buy 6 stools, they said we need to check if we have all available or need to order. Called back saying that will order for us. We were not sure about the quantity at the time. When the stools arrived, they told us that you have to take them all. We even did not pick them up. But they made us to pay all 6 in order to have at least 1 stool. The owner is very sneaky.

Be Modern has gorgeous furniture and the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and fun to work with. Bob helped us decide which pieces would look the best together to suit our personal style. We purchased a living room and dining set and could not be more pleased with the experience and the result in our home.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from be modern but it wasn't until I purchased a sofa from them that my issues arose. I bought a floor model sofa from them and then a sickness in the family forced me to return home. When I contacted the store about returning the sofa, one that never even left their possession and was not a special order it was indeed a floor model, they told me that they would not do anything for me. they would not refund any of my money and they would in fact begin to charge me a storage fee if i did not immediately come and pick it up. they told me if i no longer wanted the sofa to take it to a consignment place to try and get some of my money back. This is how they treat a returning customer that they had known for over a year how will they treat you? I caution anyone against spending their hard earned money at this store. Also you can find most of the items they sell here for a fractiion of what they charge. Don't waste your money like I did.
