Rohit was awesome. Provided exactly what I needed. Gave an honest opinion and knowledge about the products I was interested in. Brick Outlet has a lot of deals and clearance products even brand new and in boxes

Rohit was awesome! Excellent customer service and gave us a great deal on the items we needed. Some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. We drove a long ways to just deal there. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!! Already been back for another item. Same excellent service keeps us coming back

The Sunridge location has been an absolute nightmare. We went in knowing what we wanted and the staff are so pushy that as we were doing up paperwork they are adding items that we didn’t need without really talking to us about it. They charged us for a 150 dollar matress cover we didn’t really want and when we went to return it they told us they can’t do a return and we just have to deal with it. We then try to call them to have our item ordered to our new place we are moving into in 2 weeks they told us that the day we wanted wouldn’t work and that we would either have to get it shipped to the place we are moving out of or we don’t get the mattress till 2 weeks after we move in to our new place and we would just have to deal with literally sleeping on the floor. This is such a terrible company to buy from, their staff are terrible people and they sell you stuff you don’t need just so they can make more commission off of it. We are going to go as many sites to try to save people from purchasing from this company. Thanks for making us waste our money Brick. We will be sure to never recommend anyone to your store

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this store and the staff, most especially Rohit. When we walked in to the store, Rohit immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products, which made us feel very confident to buy from him. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us tips on how to keep the couch clean. If you're in need of furniture or any house stuff, this is definitely the place to go.

Went to The Brick Outlet today. Amanda our Sales Associate was very helpful and explained everything. I received A LOT more promotional offers than what I had expected. Very happy today! Come down to The Brick Outlet now since they have a BIG sale on for JUST this evening! :)
