We don't write reviews, but we wanted to thank our sales guy James. He made our experience easy and fun, he's very informative and didn't pressure us at all. After our furniture was delivered we had a minor issue with the ottoman, so we went directly to the store and spoke with him. Luckily they had another one in stock and they quickly made the exchange for us. Thanks James & Toni for providing great customer service.

This place is great! Quality furniture and appliances. Sales people are very friendly and can help find the proper product for your needs. The markdown section is also a great place to find furniture at cut prices! With the warehouse attached, stock is usually available and ready for quick delivery.

I order a bed from this location and suppose to be delivered on Thursday. They called me gave me the time frame and no body came to deliver and I tried to call them to confirm if its rescheduled, nobody answered so I left the voicemail. And again no body called me back. Than I called them to check about delivery and they said my phone was switched off( which is not true). And my guest are coming on Saturday that's why I ordered this bed. I dont recommend this location. Very poor service. Once you paid they will not answer your calls.

Had a great experience shopping for my new bed here. Cameron helped me out and educated me about the benefits of certain mattresses and foundations. I got a comfy mattress at a great value. The 3 delivery men (Frank, Henry and Brett) came and assembled everything and were polite and respectful. Thankful they came despite my phone not working hence not answering there calls to confirm. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture. 👍

Extremely Poor Service. There was delayed in the furniture delivery (dining set table). (they Initially promised 1 month but it has been more than a month and still not receive any delivery yet. Nobody informed us about any delays. The agent did not get back to us even though we left multiple messages. Hard to reach Sales person when there is problem with the furniture and delivery. Sales Agent was not apologizing to us and did not try to solve the problem. Sales Agent was rude and start to apologize when my wife start to get angry and complain, however, still not try to resolve the problem. I want to give them a negative point for their service. It was extremely poor.
