Sales staff is very pleasant because they want your money. As soon as they have it, you can expect service to go downhill quickly. Distribution center has extremely rude staff that is rough with products and disrespectfully to those picking up the orders. Also, thank you to other people that post reviews. I am very grateful that I read comments and didn't give money for the sneaky warranty scam that makes you spend more money at the brick whether or not the product lasts.

I'm a courier so I don't see the frontal ops at all. But the people in back move with a sense of purpose usually and if you've got a smile and a joke for them they got one for you. These are the men and women who grab your order in behind the scenes when you go to pick it up or ask for delivery to your house.

Something had come up and we ended up coming in three minutes before closing. Customer service was excellent, they were very patient and understanding and we were able to get our mattress.

Just picked up a freezer brand new and the freezer is missing apart. The guys at the distribution center were great in loading it up. I called the brick customer service and I got a runaround. Not a option to exchange the freezer for a complete one and I don’t want in-store credit. I just want a complete freezer. Or at least get me the part. Just missing a cover for the power cord. Even if they pull out a part from a floor model I would be happy. Freezer is not even a moth old just a few days old. and you think should be covered under warranty. Instead of me trying to find a part and having the brick reimburse the cost.
