While they do not have as much competition as they used to (maybe part of the problem), their after sales service has significantly declined. We have spent many 1000s of $$ at McArthurs over the past 15 years and won't be back again. The biggest challenges we have faced are repeated efforts to correct deficiencies with poor results. In just about every case, furniture has come back in worse condition than it left in. Marianne in Customer Service has been great, unfortunately these kinds of things are in the hands of the owners, not hers. I would welcome a phone call to discuss this issue!

I have nothing but positive things to say about McArthur's Furniture. My wife and I looked at several different places closer to where we lived, but couldn't find the quality or price range we were looking for. When we went to McArthur's, we found 2 bedroom sets that met our criteria, and ordered one. When the set was delivered, we were told that the headboard was cracked, and they had already ordered a replacement. They replaced the cracked headboard a few weeks later without any problems. Good customer service and great quality.

Definitely high end furniture and good quality. Even on sale it could cost $1400 for an accent chair. What bothered me was the lady said she would come to my house n help with interior design at 125/ hour. She also said she will give me a discount for $100 on a purchase if 3000. But as it turned out, I ended up paying more for her to visit. Was the visit worth it? No. She said she'll follow up with an email but to no avail 😌

Post sales customer service needs improvement. Would consider purchasing in the future if the service improves.
