Very professional environment at McLeod location. Sales Rep, Adam Tolppanen was very much knowledgeable and skilled with explaining furniture details and taking care of our needs at the same time. He was very much helpful for me and my husband. We had to buy furniture in bulk for our new house and was in a dilemma to whether opt for The Brick or not, but I must say we had a great experience spending around 4 hours with Sales team Adam who was very much patient in providing great service to us. I will highly recommend this place as they offer lots of seasonal deals and staffs are welcoming, ready to help with our requirements. Great work guys, I will give 10 stars out of 5.

Morgan was very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional without being that pushy sales person. We all hate those people when we walk into a store with a purpose to make a big purchase. She was not that person! Thanks Morgan for your help tonight! We will be back.

Came in to purchase several sofa sets, dining table, and home theatre system for newly purchased home. Our salesman was Faseeb, and he worked diligently and enthusiastically with us for nearly five hours, making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was knowledgeable about all the products he showcased us, and demonstrated patience with us the few times we switched our selections. Had our best interests in mind. Overall excellent experience.

My experience today was excellent. Omar was very friendly and has a very positive energy. My husband and I came in after having a not so pleasant experience with Sleep Country, where we felt corner to almost make a purchase that wasn't the right one for us, and while Omar wanted to make a sale as well, he approached in a kind way and was patient. We were set on buying a bed so we did, and we received a great price and feel confident about the knowledge we received about the bed. Our delivery is scheduled soon so hopefully our positive experience carries forward to the delivery part.
