I went into the store yesterday to buy a Herman Miller desk chair and didn't get any help. I walked the store and no one even acknowledged me. There were four sales people at the front of store on their computers just ignoring me. I walked right by them and not even a hello or even eye contact. I finally found where the Herman Miller chairs were and sat in for 20 minutes looking at their direction and finally gave up. As I was getting ready to go a sales lady came up and said I thought someone has helped you I can help you now. Well let's see all four of you are at your computers at front desk, how is someone suppose to help me? By telepathy? I was the ONLY customer in the store in there at 2pm in the afternoon; so it's not as though they are so swamped and busy. The reality is they didn't care and they lost out on an easy sale as I already knew what I wanted. Hopefully the manager or the owner of the company reads this and takes the initiative to do something about his horrible sales staff. Needless to say I would never go back there and recommend that others think twice.

Great experience with Eq3. The sales team was extremely patient with us and made recommendations. They were a bit pushy to recommend certain fabrics that were pet friendly but we decided to go with what we liked. Delivery estimates were pretty accurate and delivery team was very courteous. All in all it was a good experience to our furniture shopping and we would definitely be back.

Words cannot express how I love this furniture store! We had the BEST associate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our first purchase what a chaise lounge. My husband got me this custom piece for Christmas one year. Our second purchase was a sectional sofa. Canadian made. I absolutely love the quality. You truly get what you pay for. We upgraded the fabrics on both pieces we purchased. I truly recommend EQ3 and their knowledgeable associate Tiffany MacKay!

This review almost was a 5 star. Overall my buying experience at EQ3 was good. I purchased a few pieces including a custome sectional. At the time I thought the sales associate was knowledge, friendly and not pushy. I was explained the benefits of their fabric warranty and I decided to purchase. I was informed that not only would I be able to have my couch cleaned ''' demand' but also I was very specifically told that I would be able to fully change the fabric of my sectional when I ''''''d in' and used the warranty I purchase. It was clearly outlined to me as it would be a direct replacement. When I inquired in store I was told by the manager there is no such thing and she demised me as though I was an idiot. I referenced the employee that told me this misinformation and still was treated and brushed off as though I was wasting their time. I was guided through the buying process believing what the sales associate said. I purchased a ivory sofa for the very reason that I was promised I could change the fabric at any time when I got tired of it. Will never purchase from EQ3 again and strongly encourage shoppers to go elsewhere when furnishing their homes!!!

We purchased a sectional sofa in May. When it was delivered the leather was damaged on one piece. We have trying to deal with EQ3 and their delivery company since June to have it fixed. First a repair person came but didn’t fix it. Then we were told they would pick it up and replace it. I have now spent 3 separate days waiting for the scheduled pickup only to have no shows. Each time we are told “sorry we will book another day” which requires us to waste more of our time. 4 months no resolution
