We bought bedroom furniture recently and couldn't be happier. Brian and all the staff at perfect home were amazing to work with. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. The furniture when it was delivered was earlier than expected and more beautiful then we thought. All our family and friends are amazed at the craftsmanship of the whole bedroom set. Thanks to John and Rory who delivered and set up the furniture. Their customer service was exemplary!!! We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and they are very competitive on pricing. Quality of furniture starts around the brick quality and goes up close to Bondars but prices are quite good. Mostly Canadian made stuff even some local calgary furniture. I love the unique one off items from India they get in once and a while.

We were told it would be a 4 week order time and it will be in excess of 10 weeks before 2/3 of our items will be arriving. Sales staff was not apologetic of the issue with a ‘that’s the way it is’ tone. Would have purchased at The Brick if we would have known this.

Was told several times that my furniture will be here in a week. When it didn't show up, I called Brian, the manager of the store and the person who sold it to me, who said he'll look into it and get right back to me. He never called me back. The next day, I call him back, and we start the same process over again: "it'll be there in a week"; nothing shows up; "I'll look into it"; etc.

I recently purchased a down sectional and they were great to deal with. The couch arrived early and It’s great quality for the price. Other comparable sectionals were close to twice the price.
