I visited The Brick Mattress Store today at Signal Hill in Calgary and received the great service from Ben Neji. We talked about what I wanted, what I wanted it for and how much I wanted to pay. He was very patient and took his time explaining and showing me the difference in beds and where I would find the best quality for the amount I wanted to spend. I'd highly recommend paying this store and Ben a visit if you are looking for a bed.

Best experience ever in purchasing a new mattress. Monir Youssef, the store manager, was very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and his advice was based on years of experience in the business. Very patience and not pushy at all, just giving us the pros and cons of each mattress type and brand and then letting us take our time to make our selection. We ended up getting the highly rated Stearns & Foster mattress and his recommended pillows to match our sleeping preferences and habits. Excellent sale prices from the Brick and delivery in only a couple of days! All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Very pleased with the great service received. Monir was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was available for any questions we had but was not pushy and also gave us space and time to make a decision. Overall very, a good experience.

I recently purchased a quality mattress from The Brick. The service I received from both Sales People, Gus and Monir was excellent throughout, from best mattress selection, to disposal of old, to delivery. I recommend them both for their knowledge of the product and service in general.

Only thing missing is delivery. Otherwise monir was excellent. I recommend the 6 diamonds hotel mattress and boxspring. We love it.
