years ago this store used to carry products that you couldn't find anywhere but they haven't seemed to come out of their slump or tell a different story. I still go back because the furniture is made of real wood and if it is what you're looking for and on sale congratulations.I find their starting price points are only there for the sale price to come along and feel that you have received a deal. I absolutely love their candles and do believe they are worth the money but wait for a sale if you're going to go all out. Customer service is usually quite good especially around the holidays when they have extra staff to help you.

Visited the store with kids today and a senior staff was very unfriendly. Kept telling the kids not to touch stuff and sit properly on chairs. My kids did not even behave inappropriately. What a stressful shopping experience so I left. Yes I know the store is not ToysRus and seems to me that it’s not for young kids....but I think we should all feel and be considerate to moms with young kids too. She was once a mom?? Anyway, guess the store is not welcoming moms. I will be buying my stuff somewhere else.

Lynne was an absolute pleasure today and provided fabulous customer service... Thankfully we got her assistance; as another older woman came along 3/4 of the way through our time there, unpleasant & aggravating. I guarantee we’d have left immediately had we dealt with her! Thank you Lynne! Your 5 Star

Extremely expensive. Tight isles. Glitter everywhere! Which I understand is from Christmas ornaments, but please sweep once in a while. Very friendly staff though.
