I went in a couple weeks ago looking specifically for a Beautyrest to replace a foam mattress from SC that only lasted 3 years. Thomas was helpful, knowledgeable and on point. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward three weeks later. The first mattress was too firm for my liking. I went back, and Thomas was again pleasant to deal with and helped me with a no-hassle re-selection. My son will need a new mattress soon and my first stop will be to see Thomas at the Brick Mattress!

I would absolutely buy from here again. Thomas was friendly and not pushy, and made sure I knew all of my options. I love the bed he helped me choose! It's perfect.

Visited this store in search of a new mattress, was greeted by Thomas, the manager. Explained what we were looking for and told him of the current sleep issues. Thomas was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about his products. He made several suggestions to try out some different mattresses, which we did. He left us alone to discuss it and was not pushy in any way at all. We decided to give it some time before making a decision, and informed him of this. He very politely acknowledged this and said he hoped to see us again. Came back a couple weeks later as a sale was ending and we decided to go with the one we looked at. Again, Thomas was most courteous and helpful and assisted us in our purchase. A week later we brought "mum" in, as she needed a new mattress too. Though the sale was over, Thomas was once again very helpful and accommodating and honored the expired sale price on another purchase, saving us a lot of money off the suggested retail price posted. I highly recommend this store and Thomas the manager for outstanding service and helpful assistance. I would definitely go back to this store for any future mattress needs.

I had a great experience at this location. Kevin could answer all of my questions. We had a good laugh when I purchased the wrong size mattress for my daughters room - luckily I figured it out before delivery!
