Well this can tire has been a real mess for a couple months. They switched all the isles around so all of the back isles are backwards. It's a very friendly and knowledgeable run Canadian Tire tho. They have expanded their product line also. Auto parts is excellent and we'll versed in their knowledge of parts. If they don't have they will refer you to what can tire or auto part store do's have what u need.

One of the locations i shop at the most. The second being the Southcommon location. This location provides pretty much everything i am looking for when it comes to any home related products, from lights to kitchen appliances to utensils, knives, home decor, outdoor equipment. Snow removal salt. The staff is generally helpful unless it is super busy. The location is very central and right next to town centre mall.

When I see Rod at the parts counter I know I am going to get GREAT service!! He cares about your needs and ensures that I get the appropriate parts. I sure hope he gets the VIP treatment from his manager because there are not many "Knowledgeable" parts staff around anymore! Keep up the great work!

Hit and miss on what staff you run into. There was no one in seasonal and I almost had to tackle any associate to get any help. The help they did offer was to page someone to seasonal. No one ever showed up after two tries. Seems like the only people there who have time for you are those who are promoting the store credit card and who won't take no for an answer. The only reason to shop here is that they carry items I want to buy. But I don't shop here for the customer service.

It's Canadian Tire and it's near me: pretty much a necessary 'evil'. I like it in general, though I find a lot of frustrations there compared to competitors. Best recent example was staging boxes of Christmas trees in the exact aisle where I needed a product (Murphy's law for them and me?). I had to ask to get a pallet removed so I could get to the thing I wanted. As soon as I found someone, they took care of it ASAP.
