Awesome folks help you out when you don't understand things and not pressured to try to make a sale

Jun 18, 2016
Bower Source out of 56 sized gps for 119.95 June 17. Helpful Megan had one set aside for us at Parkland for June 18 pickup. Charged 129.99 at Parkland. Customer service oriented Justin wanted to make it right. His co-worker (no name tag?) wouldn't budge. Was making us go to Bower for refund and price adjustment. Rude and uninterested in our business. Ignored my husband when he decided to just return it then and there to save a possible future hassle. They must be doing much better than other retail outlets who seem to have ramped up customer service during these tough times.

If 0 stars was possible it would be 0. Untrained staff. Apparently if you purchase an item from The Source you have to return it to the same place you bought it. I thought the The Source was The Source no matter where you go. It says their return policy on the back of the bill. No where does it say that policy. Avoid the place at all cost! Bunch of scumbags.
