Horrible attitude from the cashier. I was waiting at customer service and the cashier saw me waiting for someone to come help. The person who was supposed to be helping me was driving manually a set of stairs into their cctv cameraalmost knocking it from the ceiling. As i am watching this it's taking forever to get any help so I asked the cashier for help to which she gives me a massive attitude. States to the other employee that standing there you should help this guy. I am a freaking customer I'm standing right here don't be so freaking rude. Wow I will not come back to the store ever.

I don't really have a lot to say. The store itself is very organized, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. I would also like to oppenly thank one of the employees in particular. Taylor, at the Print Station, really helped me understand what my options were, and guided me through them in a very respectful way. She even helped me come up with some ideas for a project I am currently working on. A++ for customer service. If she ever sees this post, I just want to personally thank her. This location is very respectful when it cones to the Customer-Staff relationship.

Got there at 9:15 one hour and fifteen minutes after the store opening for some simple copying from email, 4 staff standing at the entrance all they knew how to do was say hi. Nobody is at printing, and none of the other staff had any idea on how to work the machines. I decided to use the self serv computer station which charges 40 cents per minute. The computer is so slow even to load kept sending error message. I was able to login to my email after so much frustrations and could only print one of my documents and of course it was gone take that long to go back to emails and print the next one. I t was already late I got charged $10.40 for the time and one print at this point I lost my patience and asked for manager, all she said was that she can give me the customer service phone number. I told her that I was charged $10 for nothing so she said they can refund that. While I was there trying to figure out the computer 3-4 other customers came and nobody was able to help them. One person came for passport photo and the staff referred him to Shoppers Drug Mart as she didn't know how to work the camera I thought that was hilarious.
