It was a great experience at this Staples location. The staff were friendly and willing to assist. The store was also very clean, tidy and very well maintained.

I wish I could give a zero star. Bought 3 bubble wrap in different time in a week, never had correct price in their system. However, today I print a single one side A4 page through their website & pickup in store, it took forever to print it( already over 4 hours now still no signs for pickup). After few hours wait I decided to going to the store to see if it it ready yet, but the person who work at printing services told me "I'm busy, go home & wait for that pickup email." Just wondering how long will take to print that one page, will never come back to this store again.

Great! Got my day timer in a flash! Even faster than Amazon. Occasionally it's nice to actually go to a store.

As as long time Staples client, I had the misfortune of my local Staples store closing at Market Mall, so now have to go to this one as the nearest to me. I arrived yesterday at the print centre in this store to hear the staff telling a customer before me, at 10.30am on that Tuesday morning, that they could not handle his small copy order and have it ready before 5 pm - apparently Tuesday mornings are very busy for this store. (This gentleman pointed out that while the staff were telling him they were too busy to serve him, they could have actually completed his order!!!) When my turn came at the counter staff had the same story for me - I have only been a Staples customer for 15 years, and the staff know me as I am a "regular". I told them it wasn't good enough, that they could not do my order while I waited, as they normally do? I had driven up from Brentwood to get the printing done. A more senior staff member had the same response, and miserable attitude, as did the store manager - incredibly. I GUESS STAPLES HAVE NO INTEREST IN MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR CLIENTS, LET ALONE ACTUALLY RETAINING THEIR CLIENTS. MY ADVICE - AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. There are plenty of other Staples outlets in town where they have much better attitudes towards their clients. I went down the road to the Country Hills Store and got my order processed and completed - it took all of 4 minutes and the young lady that served me was pleasant and helpful!!!!
