Dropped off several items this morning. Staff refused to help or even hold the door open. They stated they didn’t have the staff - though they just stood around and watched. Will be taking items to Salvation Army from now on. There’s nothing good about this good will store.

Pretty standard as good will type stores go, but being that it is quite small the staff should avoid loudly gossiping at least while there are customers present.

Always something good in here. Prices are good

Staff is rude, unfriendly and no help at all. I've never been there to buy, however I've donated thousands of dollars worth of stuff over the last year. I've never had a staff member assist in anyway no matter how much I was struggling with the door/boxes/bags/luggage. On 2 separate occasions I've actually seen the staff watch me struggle without even coming over to provide a door stop or any kind of help at all. I will no longer be donating to this organization

Nice little shop, fair pricing. The store is usually half empty. Also they do up price name brands which is a little shady. The staff are friendly, and it's pretty clean inside. Really wish they had more furniture items. Really good for kids clothing and toys.
