Better drive to Beacon Hills or Deerfoot store which are bigger, better, offer more options and products are always available compared to this store. Customer Service of this store sucks especially the front desk people including customer service manager and the store manager on duty. I was charged a higher price for a product and then when I showed them the flyer they refused to refund me the difference saying there is a correction notice. There was no correction notice as such and when I requested to produce that correction notice they could not. Both the managers started to argue with me. I finally returned the product and left. Also, I have seen them arguing with quite a few customers especially immigrants who have language barriers. Funny thing is that the customer service manager and the other front desk people are immigrants as well. To give an example, once a customer asked the customer service manager for an extra bag because the bags were uncontrollably full. The customer service manager rudely said that they will have to start charging 5 cents for each bag. There are lots of similar incidents. I used to be a regular customer here but not any more. I regret giving business to them in the past especially after visiting Beacon Hills store.

Typical chain store. Staff are usually pretty helpful when you can find them. I suggest keeping an eye on the sales as that is where you will find your best value

Terrible customer service. Extremely difficult to find someone to provide assistance and once provided they were quite unhelpful. I've been to this location 3 times in the Autumn / early winter of 2018 and I won't ever go back. I'd rather drive farther to another location. The store was a mess. Products strewn about and out of place. So crowded (not theirs people but with products) that it is difficult to navigate through the store.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Customer service sucks!!! This lady with the short hair at the from desk don’t know anything about customer service. Management should take a moment to read the reviews about their store because the staff that they put at the front/customer service is ruining the customer experience and giving their store a bad reputation.
