Usually it is awesome but today was no stock on many items. Clean and organized. Friendly, helpful staff. Have never seen it like this and have been shopping at this location for years. I'm sure will bounce back!

We came to Canadian tire to find blind spot mirrors for our Jeep. The selection was great. Store was very well organized and clean. There were many staff around if we had a question. The problem came at the check out. We decided to not use the self serve checkout as my boyfriend wants to support workers and doesn't like that jobs are being replaced. This was a mistake. The debit machine on your check out closest to the self serve is broken. Cards do not stay in. The poor cashier tried many times to help the customer in front of us hold her card in for it to work. This should not be an issue. Many others commented that they should just go to the self serve. Thankfully we had tap on our cards available so it was not an issue.

I would give negatives stars if I could. Their customer service is terrible. Just try to return an item then you would 100% agree with me. They should know it is customer's right to return an item and the customer should use that item to see if it's suitable to their needs before returning it. They treat you like a criminal when you want to return something. There is a reason for two weeks return policy but it seems they don't get it. Canadian Tire should start providing training to their personnel at the service desk so they learn how to treat customers. I strongly recommend to stay away from this location.

Great service! Fine young man with long blonde hair, helped us try to find a toy we were looking for even though he didn't find it, he went out of his way to look in all possible places, and found the store in the city that did have it, but told us to check with customer service first as they may be able to retro last week's sale price of the item...there was one just returned and we got it for half price 😁👍

PSA: NEVER GO TO CANADIAN TIRE BEACON HILL for auto service. Not only did they say they did services and charged me for it... they didn’t even touch what I needed fixed and now my car has more damage done because of it and now deemed unsafe. My mom is in angry mom mode and has contacted corporate about this because my car literally could’ve killed me. Now currently getting my car serviced with the most important tasks first because hey, I can’t afford $1400 right now. The rest will be done at my aunts dealership because I trust no one. You’ve been warned. Merry Christmas to me 🤬
