Terrible customer service in the furniture department on boxing day!! Ladies at counter had a line up and told people to go to furniture desk to be helped quicker, we get to furniture desk and big long haired blonde lady comes up and very rudely tells us to go elsewhere as they were doing a furniture order and would be a while. That lady needs an attitude adjustment. We dropped what we were going to buy and walked out. We will not be back.

The Bay used to be a super store to shop in. Now things are all over the place. Right from the door which does not open automatically which is very annoying and troublesome for the elderly and disabled. Shame on the Bay. Get with the times. There needs to be a directory at the doors and one in the middle of the store. It looks as if who ever is buying for them has forgotten that it isn't the students and the hip young things that have money, its the older ladies and their store sure doesn't reflect our needs except in the lingerie section. I will give them kudos for this department and their shoes and boots are reasonably priced as well. Their furniture is overprices as are many of their kitchen items.

It's obvious this brand is going the way of Sears. Good quality stuff, but way way over priced. I feel sorry for the commissioned workers.
