I ordered a chandelier from Bombay in West Edmonton Mall on March 16, 2018. First they told me that it will arrive in 2 months meaning by Mid May I should have got it. I did not get anything till mid Mat. I kept contacting them every two weeks since then to know when I get this finally. Every time they said to me in the next two weeks you should get it. I did not receive anything by the end of July 2018 and when I contacted them to complain about this, the seller said to me that it is their warehouse's problem and not them and I can get refunded if I want. Is not it nonprofessional to tell a customer this after 4.5 months waiting. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BOMBAY COMPANY. So you can order things from this store and wait forever not to have it. They play a game with their customers.

Bombay & CO IS SIMPLY THE BEST!! I shop there regularly at the West end store (Edmonton) and if the item is not there it's placed on hold at the south side store. The variety and gift ideas are incredible. The sale prices are astonishing. It is your one stop shopping for ALL of your Christmas needs and gifts. I LOVE LOVE LOVE The BOMBAY COMPANY!
