So far my experience with Elvys Gonzalez is great. He drew up pretty much what I asked for. Needs to be adjusted a little. He is very informative with the questions my husband and I have asked him. Would get a 5 star but we’re not done yet....

I am a big fan of DirectBuy. I recently finished building my house and everything I got from DirectBuy was a big deal to me. We saved a lot on appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures, furniture and much more. I wanted to give full 5 stars because I am extremely satisfied with all of the purchases I ordered from Direct Buy. Michelle is always ready to help and she always has an answer and a solution for almost any thing I ask for. The receiving team checks every single item and they make sure you have your full orders.I love shopping online and I would love to see more brands coming back. Over all amazing service.

I have been a member of Direct Buy for about a year now and can’t say enough about the customer service. I have been in contact with one manager - Colleen Noppers - for the past couple months who has helped me deal and resolve an issue with a manufacturer. Colleen supported my end as a customer and made sure I was satisfied in the end.... which I was 😊
