Donna would not do the work for us on our fireplace that was given to us by my parents. My father somehow got a hold of her number and called to find out what happened to it. We did not want him to know as we knew he'd be upset about it. It fell off the trailer when my husband was transporting it. My husband and I have no idea how he got her number but in any case, she told him it was dropped. I found that very unprofessional. She shouldn't have said anything because he is not the customer we are! She is disclosing information to someone who is not her customer! She absolutely has no good reason to turn away us as customers. She had claimed that she felt she couldn't make the fireplace look as new and meet my fathers expectations. First of all, it's no longer his and none of his business!! Second of all, we are the ones she should be concerned about not him! It is concerning she felt she couldn't do a good job so maybe in the end this is a good thing. I do not recommend this place as Donna handled this in a very unprofessional manner and it concerns me she lacks the confidence to do a great job especially when I was quoted $400!!!
