We went to Source in Sherwood Park. Kewal the Manager was so very nice. We had a broken remote car, only had it one day and he was pleasurable and understanding of our issue. He took our return and replaced it! Thank you Kewal, you made our boy very happy.

What a horrible store. Service is nil and when asked for is not provided. We were just in and had to find on our own the batteries we were looking for and then we were asked if we wanted extended warranty!! are you kidding me? At the same time noted they had an ASUS computer that looked to be what we wanted. Actually went and got my mom to show her and we were hoping to buy two of them. Asked for help again which was grudgingly given (for the price as it was not posted) and at this time the two sales girls had moved on from chit chatting to flirting with a male customer and chit chatting. Again asked for assistance and were ignored, the one sales girl actually turned away from us. Pretending we weren't there. Needless to say we left. I did tell them I was disappointed and that they lost two sales. The one sales girl then proceeded to make a face at me. No going back for us and I will tell every one I know to never go there. AWFULL experience. The only reason getting a star is you can't post without giving one. Consider it a negative star
