This location has been getting progressively worse in terms of cleanliness and product availability. You can forget about customer service. It is a shame as this store is where people tend to go for all their necessities - but if they are not in stock, how can one purchase them.

It used to be a clean, not so busy and well stocked walmart branch. However, its been going downhill in the last 2 years. The staff are no longer helpful. They're More interested in standing around and chatting all the time. I've started doing my shopping elsewhere. Not worth the trip for me. I also just developed pictures there and all the pictures were discoloured or has a line down the middle. Not happy.

Did a return at customer service and the lady who had helped me gave me attitude. She wouldn’t refund my money back or give me store credit. I had told her numerous times that I hadn’t tried on the swimsuit and had bought it the other day and she still refused. I had returned a swimsuit a few weeks ago and had no problem getting my money back. She explained the policy and want to make our customers satisfied. I understand the policy and make me satisfied and refund my money. She finally gave in and threw my receipt at me. Overall..the Bolton Walmart isn’t my choice.

Good stock, fairly organized in store, however, do NOT bother doing an online order for groceries. What is suppose to be a convenient option for busy people turned into a 30 min wait while they looked for my order. I came during my scheduled pick up. Very incompetent and disorganized. I could have done my groceries during this wait.
