I brought my car to the auto centre for repairs. My first visit was to ask a couple questions before bringing the car in and the fellow was very helpful. However, the second and third visit there was no customer service. The entrance area is confusing with three types of employees doing three different roles. I saw multiple people unsure where to go and who to talk to; only to be told to wait back in an open area to be helped by someone else. It doesn't help that the girl working the pick-up section greeted people either with a "yeah?" or eyebrow raise, but only if she had to. Did not feel welcomed nor that anyone was interested in helping. After being passed from her to another because she didn't want to help, I asked if I should come back once it's figured out, I was told "leave and come back later". I ask when and told "in a couple hours". I was there because at the time I said I would hear from someone, I didn't. It took a third person to get an answer of the staus of the car which was they needed to wait another day for parts, but no phone call with an update. The people working here don't seem happy and it shows. I ended up going a forth and final time to take the car across the city to another location I felt comfortable with.

Convenient location, pleasant staff, quick service and always good stock availability. Some products didn't have the price on them fortunately staff were nearby to assist and one item that I thought was on sale wasn't. I spoke with the manager on duty, he reduced the price by 50%

Canadian tire was very helpful to me this weekend! It was a fairly chilly morning yesterday, lots of piled up snow, and my work trailer battery died while lifting a sign. I took it in to the West end store and Bill took care of it. He tested it, and then charged over night to see if it was ok. Turns out it was alright so I just need to clean up my battery connections. No charge for the battery charge! Great service! And I was able to finish my work on time so I have happy customers 😁

Couldn't find what I wanted immediately and asked a staff member who took me to the person in charge of that dept. He found the spot where it was supposed to be but there was none. He checked inventory and found 2. Coincidentally they were marked down 50% so I bought both. A little extra effort on Nick's part and I got what I came for plus a great deal. Thanks CT.

Pretty big parking lot but it's a very busy store. Parking is sometimes an issue at this location. Lots of handicap spots but they go quick. No problem if the parts don't work. Return policy is bar none. Even if you can't find your receipt they will still give you a store credit. I have had several dealings with management there and it's all about customer service. Had my car repaired there. I have bought numerous tools and parts. Even automotive parts are numerous and huge variety. Portable heated car seats. Every conceivable cleaner for your car from tires to engine.
