We bought phones and had to return them because they didn't work after 4 months. We were told right from the start that if these phones we were exchanging them with were priced higher we would have to pay the difference. The phones we picked were $50.00 cheaper. We were told they would give us a straight exchange. I've never exchanged something and had the store keep the difference. We should have at least had the $50.00 to be used in the store. I don't like their exchange policy..

The staff is very helpful. Its unfortunate that they can't get enough staff to run the hours they are supposed to. The online store is also very impressive. I do however wish more items were in store for online. I enjoy the salesmanship and the ability to ask questions at the point of purchase. It's just not the same online.

Edit! Sorry I didn't realize I left my review. Great service and good recommendations from staff for accessories for my phone!

The Source sure isnt what it used to be. I'm not sure how to describe it. I see new employees frequently and makes me wonder how they're treated or who they hire. With that said, I've never had a problem with any employee. Whether they're in training or experienced, they help you with everything you require. This is a small store as well, their selections are small but offer a variety of high quality electronics. For phones, they have Bell and Virgin Mobile. I'd easily recommend the store to anyone looking for good quality electronics. TV's, laptops, printers, kb/m, sound systems, headphones, mobiles, DSLR cameras, memory sticks, Apple products, consoles/games, etc. Worth a look. The most important part is they offer complete warranties. Always ask about it. You'll be surprised. Their prices are also set to competitive pricing. To give an anectodal example- I wanted to buy a speaker system for my pc. There was a particular coming on sale (one week away) but was not available in the store. Bonnyville had one left so I asked for it and they not only held it for me, they also assured me that if I kept my receipt, they'll refund me for the discount sale. In one week, I came back to The Source in St Paul and got my 50 bucks back no questions asked. For these reasons, it's very much worth the time. Why the 3*? Because of how often I see new employees, makes me question upper management. This makes it difficult to get knowledgeable information for certain things. It takes time to train employees and when you're always going through new employees, this causes very long delays in between customers quite often. My suggestion would be to avoid the store when there are lots of customers in. Better to try and come back a little later. If you have patience, then it's not an issue especially if you're window shopping. Sorry for the extremely long review.

Smaller store and staff are helpful. Has good weekly deals.
