They really help my roommate and myself out. Best team of workers I have had the chances to deal with.

We had heard bad things about the brick in Dawson Creek, but gave them a try as we also knew that they were new owners. We did not want to use others judgement against them. Well we were wrong, all that we had been told about their poor service after sale ended up being true. This could have been a very different review if their service for delivery & set up, was as good as their in store service. They even price matched an appliance for us the day after purchase. But then came delivery and this is when it all went downhill. When I called to confirm our first delivery date I left a voicemail; our delivery date came and no call to give us a time. We called the store only to be told they do not listen to their voicemails as they used to get only bad ones. This is the first problem with service, how can you get better if you dont listen to your customers complaints. Now we had to wait two weeks for delivery because of our schedules. Once again I receive a call, to which i returned during business hours and speak with a very unprofessional salesperson, who told me all was confirmed without even getting my name. Delivery day comes and I have asked a friend to come over to accept as we are unable to be there. She arrives at 9 am and finally gets a call 11 am that they won't be delivering until 5:30-7:30 pm. Wow, that is pretty late, but ok, would have been great to know that beforehand. The delivery happens at about 6pm. At 7:30, I get a call asking if i am at home as they have delivered the wrong dishwasher. My husband speaks with them and the only thing they can do is deliver the floor model to us, so now we have paid full price for a floor model. Next up is warranty, we will see how the service is with that, as both couches we purchased were shipped with defects.
