I have been dealing with The Brick in Peace River for quite a few years. Brandon is such a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly person to deal with. I just purchased a new fridge and Brandon kindly researched all my wants and came up with the best fridge for me. You can't get service like that very often!!

After making the mistake of purchasing our furniture from Edmonton to save on the "mark up" and have it delivered through Peace River I can honestly say I will never go through that hassle again! The manager at PR - Brandon was absolutely fantastic and dealt with the full run around Edmonton shelled out at him. I had three defective couches come through my doors and I was getting very frustrated and fed up with the Brick. Brandon was very professional and assisted every way he could to make my experience better. Brandon had no problem matching the prices offered by Edmonton's corporate location and the customer service was phenomenal. At the end of the day all his hard work was done as a courtesy as Edmonton fought to keep the sale through their store and would not allow the commission to default to the one who worked the hardest. Brandon! If you are looking for customer service and a fantastic experience Peace River has certainly changed their tune since the renovations and staff changes after the fire. I would highly recommend giving them another chance. You won't be disappointed :)
