If you're fair, they are fair. Remember it's there job to ensure payment. Keep up with payments and avoid the headache and stress. It's rent to own after all.

Products are absolute garbage...bought (what was supposed to be new) tv stand, surround sound and 60" TV. What was Delivered to my house was a sad excuse of quality products. The stand was broken and chipping away, the surround sound was a complete joke with the input jacks having broken pieces inside of it so you can't even plug it in! And to top it all off I purchased the tv when it was 50% off (2000$ originally) and I called in to make my payment and it is saying I owe 1600$. Moral of the story is; don't do your business here unless your into pulling your hair out and cursing easy home out the ass. Pathetic.

Hope my lengthy complaint makes it up to HO soon.. Don’t EVER fall behind even by ONE payment. These people will call you 3-6 times per day 6 days a week, even from their own personal cellphones, fill your voicemail box with extortive messages, and give you smug sh*tty attitude when you call back. Stay faaaaaar away from this location.

Terrible experience with this business. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. They glamorize their products until you sign their lease. Once they delivered the products it was a HUGE disappointment, the products were ALL damaged in some way. Also, the price went up substantially. Not impressed. They don't even deserve 1 star.
