Loved the service. Sam greeted us right away, even though he was helping another customer he took 2 seconds to welcome us to the store. He made us feel comfortable and helped us get the right mattress.

We went to Williams Lake looking for appliances and found CFA we Dealt with Hope (yes that's her name) she was knowledgeable and showed us a few options we ended up buying a gas stove and fridge to be picked up by us on Monday. Brought it home and found out that they gave us the wrong fridge. Gave them a call and without hesitation they offered to deliver the right fridge the next day, a 4 hour round trip for them. that's why they get 5 stars they looked after us great customer support. Thank you Pawan and Hope.

We bought a couch and love seat in November last year. In September this year the couch was broken. The bottom has come out of the couch as the cushion was held up with a piece of fabric sewn onto the frame. No coils at all. I attempted to contact them about a warranty for the couch and was told to text pictures, so I did. Then I heard nothing from them for weeks. I called and was told they were waiting to find out about the warranty. They also wanted to charge me 20 dollars because I didn't have a receipt for the couch even though I had the exact purchase date on my credit card. I went in 3 more times and was told that they were still waiting. After 6 weeks I went in for the 4th time and was simply told that they wouldn't warranty the couch because it wasn't something that normally happened with these couches. In the last 3 years I've bought 2 washer and dryer sets, an oven, a dishwasher and a couch and loveseat from them. This is how I was treated. I will never buy anything from them again. Back to Laketown for me.

Bought a brand new dishwasher which was delivered with a bent leg, cracked side ( that caused a large leak in my home ) and missing a cutlery dish. Ramie the manager washed her hands of the entire issue by refusing to help even provide the slightest bit of customer service. The only solution given was to “call the manufacturer”. Extremely disappointing, and I would recommend utilizing establishments that actually back up their products. Pictures added, CUSTOMER BEWARE
