We went there as we needed a stand-up freezer and they had one for sale. When we were presented with the document / invoice the sales rep asked if if we want a warranty. We declined. He then got up and said he needed to talk to the manager and then came back he said "The manager don't want to leave you without buying the warranty!" I said seriously?? You cannot MAKE us buy a warranty if we don't want one! He kept on insisting that we sure need one. We were so upset and ended up paying for it. Now I'm thinking I should have NEVER bought this warranty! Today I found out I'm not the only one they've done that too.

We recently bought a bedroom set, temperpedic mattress and a washer dryer combo. Our salesman was Justin, he was awesome... We shopped around and definitely received the friendliest and most professional service from Justin at The Brick. He's not a high pressure typical sales guy, we got great price and great service. Thanks again Justin!

The furniture at The Brick is terrible and low quality! We bought one reclining sofa and it started to literally fall apart - arms pulling away from couch and leaning to one side - after only one week! So we returned it after some hassle to buy a second couch that we have had for only 3 years and all the cushions are flat, the fake “leather” is cracking badly and breaking off everywhere and a wood beam jabs your lower back when you sit on it! We payed $1000 on sale! And we will NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THE BRICK AGAIN! Not worth a dime! Very disappointed!
