We bought a couch set and a TV from The Brick 5 years ago. We are people who absolutely never purchase a warranty, however the salesman knocked the price of the warranty off of the couch set with the assurance that in 5 years we could bring our receipts back and if we hadn't used the warranty in that time then we'd get that money. Apparently that (at the time) was not the policy of The Brick and so when we brought our receipt in after 5 years we were told that it was impossible to do that. Our issue is that the salesman clearly lied to us in order to get us to purchase the warranty and although he had taken the $130 off of the couches in order for the final cost to be equivalent to what we would have just paid without a warranty, clearly he was able to adjust the price down so we were obviously paying more than we needed to. We have moved out of town and were just on our way back home when we went in, in the hopes that we could either resolve the warranty like the original salesman (who still works there) had said, or get the store credit so that we could use it at the store in our new home town, so we did not have time to look around. To the credit of those who were there, they did seem to want to try to work out a deal on a new purchase with us but we didn't have time or space in the car to look around and buy something that day, and quite frankly we are pretty choked that we were blatantly lied to by the original salesman. Update: After e-mailing the e-mail provided by the company it looks like this issue will be being resolved and I have appreciated the customer service I have received regarding this. It has certainly left me with a better feeling and as a future customer.

Worst experience. We went to The Brick very hesitantly. However we found two loveseats and a chair we liked and bought. The moment we opened the loveseats they never worked properly, so we called right away and were told that they didn’t have anymore in stock to replace, that we couldn’t get our money back and had to wait for a repair man to come and look. Two weeks later we’ve been told that it “isn’t economical” to repair our brand new furniture, but can’t tell me the cost of the repairs. We were told the most they will do for us is give us the floor model (which doesn’t help the fact that neither of the loveseats work properly) or give us store credit. I am waiting to talk to someone higher up because all I want is my money back and to return these so I can go and buy new furniture elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience at The Brick. The customer service and deals we received were amazing. All the products have been excellent and I am very happy with the quality. Thank you!

Had an issue with my purchase when I got home so I called and spoke with a manager over the phone and we were able to come to a satisfactory arrangement with out having to raise my voice or get stressed which I appreciate as theirs enough stress in this world to deal with already. Thumbs up for dealing with customer concerns

Terrible service at this location. They only seem to care about getting a sale, other locations I've shopped at in other cities are much better. Unless you don't care about spending big money, don't shop here.
