Went there the past few months and got a couch, washer, dryer and a mattress. We were told to try the mattress up to 90 days and in case we didn’t like it we could return it, what they didn’t specify at all is that if you return it they only give you in-store credit!!! We went back wanting to exchange the mattress and we found one that was cheaper than the first one, but we liked it better. They forced us to buy other things not to get the money back (1000$!!!!). Very frustrating. I understand they have to make money too but why don’t you just say that if you want to return something you’re not gonna get your money back?! When they delivered and install washer and dryer they didn’t have the right hoses but they used the ones they had (too short) anyway, we now have an electric plug soaked in water and we have to change it because of their poor decision. Not recommended.

I bought a couch this past weekend and requested it for delivery. Parth helped me with my order, he was nice, informative, and not pushy (which is great!). I received a call later to arrange the delivery to which I was told I had to be at home ALL day for the delivery which is absolutely unreasonable and unlikely as I work full time. I changed my order to pick up which it would be available on Wednesday (a few days later). I spoke to multiple sales representatives who all told me that my couch would be ready for pick up by noon to 1pm. When I arrived at 1pm, they were still unloading the truck... When we asked for my couch, the guys unloading (one named Spencer) gave us attitude right away and VERY poor customer service. When we said we were going to talk to a manager about our lack of service, Spencer said "Go ahead, you go do that. It's Spencer." When we spoke to the store manager, he apologized and showed how little he cared. We asked if we could even help because of how slow they were unloading, and asked if he could try to hurry it up as we came in at that time since THEY TOLD US to come in. While waiting close to an hour for my couch, they worked VERY slowly, and they even started to load the truck up rather than trying to give paying customers some proper service. The store manager showed how little he cared by allowing his employee's to work very slowly, and he didn't even try to make the situation better. I will never go back to this location and likely will not shop at the Brick due to how poor the customer service is (even from a manager).

I was pleasantly surprised at how informative and non pushy the salesman was. This young man knew his stuff and even though they were having a sale and I'm sure they were pushing merchandise as a team we did not feel that pressure. We will be going back.

So after having a very big issue a very kind manager took my call and worked with me. I’m happy to have my furniture. I feel very satisfied now. she sorted out my complaint and I’m 100% satisfied now. We would deafly give the store a second chance as long as I work with a Manager.

Visited The Brick in Abbotsford to get new kitchen appliances. The options on a double oven were very limited but we found one we liked. We were told all items could be delivered by the following weekend and the oven would take until the end of the month. End of the month came and went, I called and got told the next weekend, then I called again to confirm but it got pushed back another week. 6 phone calls later they told me sometimes it takes up to 6 months and they just don’t know. We ended up getting a different oven that we weren’t as happy with but couldn’t live without an oven any longer. In terms of taking the old appliances away, it was also a mess. The driver said he couldn’t take them and we had another 4 calls with the Brick before getting it sorted. Would not recommend.
