I bought a paper shredder on Sept 6th used it once and guard broke. Brought it back for exchange and was told all they do is return money and you can buy a new one. Why have a sign saying exchange if not offered.

Went to Staples to pickup a chromebook for my son. Two employees were chatting and asked them if they had the item, they replied they were busy and wandered off. Went to the manager who got the chromebook and told me to wait in the line. Waited.... was told by the customer ahead of me she was waiting for a manager override and she thought it would take a while. Switched lines waited another 10 min to be told at the till that their debit was down and was cash only..... Wow Negative 5 stars.

The absolute best employee here and the only one I will trust with my printing is Kelsey! She is the reason I come here for my business. Always extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in her work and is holding the fort down! Every time I have to have anyone else help me there is always an error with my print job. So I highly recommend here for printing but only if you see Kelsey!

They were very nice. Let me look for a little while, then asked uf they vould help. I asked a questiin and tgey answered my request. I went nack and loooked at something else, and again they gave me a few minutes then asked if they could help. I decided to purchase a tablet. They helped me find a protective case, and looked after getting me to the cashier. I was happy!
