We ordered a power reclining couch and a coffee table. When they delivered the couch the first thing they did wrong was they literally dropped the couch off the end of the truck as a result they bent the one end of the couch. Secondly they wouldn't unpack the coffee table so when we did we found the table damaged. When we complained about it we ended up waiting another 6 weeks for the next couch and coffee table. When they delivered the second couch they dropped the coffee table of the end of the truck. When they unpacked the couch one of the guys cut the power cord while he was trying to cut the zip tie. I was watching when he was starting to cut and I noticed that he was cutting close to the cable so I asked him if he wanted some scissors and he said no. When I pointed out what happened he said that it must have happened during shipping. The final straw was when we opened the coffee table and found that the top of the table had come almost completely off. When I complained again they told me I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks so I told them I did not want it anymore. They told me there was nothing they could do we were obligated to buy it and they could not refund our money. I ended up calling there head office and after quite a lot of trouble I finally got my money back. I had financed it through them and as a result of all the time wasted I ended up making payments on the loan. To make a very long story short I lost over $180.00 that I still never got back. I will never shop there again and I will tell as many people as I can so they will not have to go through what I have.

Excellent customer service. Went in for a flier item but was out of stock, was offered a way better mattress for almost the same price but a floor model. Very happy with our experience.

Took delivery of our 7 piece dining room set with server. Most of the boxes were totally saturated. The boxes were dripping wet and the server was delivered with the top on the bottom - upside down. We had to unload everything very quickly, as to not damage our hardwood floors. Then we discovered we couldn't assemble one of the chairs, as they sent us two left front legs instead of a left and right. Sent a nice e-mail to customer care with pictures. Not a first time great experience and probably our last.

The worst shopping experience ever,Sales person quit in the middle of the deal.Long waiting time for appliances.Waited 4 months for proper set up of washing machine and dryer,Went troughs 3 companies. One flood due to wrong installation. Leons Company promised reimbursement and gift money. We received gift money ,but not reimbursement. To me it was first and the last time shopping there. I should listen friend of mine who advised me not to deal with this company, due to her bad experience.

We recently purchased twin beds from Leon's furniture. Mike Boese was the sales person we dealt with. He was helpful and polite thru out the entire process. He assisted us with setting up both beds after they were delivered. This man was willing to go the extra mile in looking after all aspects of the sales and we were impressed with his work ethic. I am happy to recommend both him and his company to anyone shopping for furniture Gerry and Veronica Streng
