Q Living Furniture

We just ordered our living room furniture from here and the ENTIRE experience was fantastic. The staff was super helpful in selecting my our fabrics, the delivery drivers were "the best delivery guys" (according to my husband) and the quality.... OH MY GOODNESS I am in love with our couches. I will definitely be purchasing from Q Living again.

We were happy to find Q Living Furniture and some furniture we liked. The staff and service was great and we appreciated the late hours to be able to shop after work!

They occasionally have decent deals

Edit: The manager of this location was quick to contact us following this review. They explained the situation to us and we are aware that some things happen behind the scenes that are out of everyone’s control. Again, the couch itself and the customer service at Q Living in Abbotsford was like no other! It was simply the miscommunication and wait time. If you’re not in a rush, I wouldn’t think twice from ordering from them again. We like our couch so far, so that isn’t the reason for this poor review (which, I never do, by the way). Our couch arrived today. We had hunted for a couch for EVER (realistically, for 3 months). When we walked into Liquidation Furniture (Richmond), we got ZERO acknowledgement and walked right out. When we walked into Q Living (High Street, Abbotsford), customer service appeared OUT of this world - so SO good. We immediately wanted to buy from them (and the fact that our daughter fell in love with the store bunny helped us to really shop and pick out something perfect). After deciding on the ‘Canadian’ made couch, we sat down and looked at fabric. We chose a fabric and the kind sales lady called ‘someone’ and he told her the fabric was in stock (please note: we didn’t ask her to call, but it was so great to hear this and it definitely made our decision easier)! She was extremely hopeful we’d have our couch within a WEEK (we were moving 5 days later, we did not expect our couch to be done this soon [especially after hearing 4-6 weeks wait time from most furniture companies we had talked with], however, her saying this, and that phone call, made us SO hopeful and raised our spirits!). We signed a contract saying 4-6 weeks and she said, ‘just incase.’ We totally understood!! What we didn’t understand was why, after walking out, we heard NOTHING from Q Living until we called them 6 weeks later (feeling impatient - I think that’s justified). They told us next week. We called again next week, they said they’d call us back and didn’t. We called for the third time, ‘next week.’ We got it 2 days before the 8 week mark. Which may have been fine IF we were told this from day 1. We weren’t. We were extremely disappointed. I do know all staff names of the ladies we talked to, but will leave it out of this review.
