Have shopped with Ashley multiple times throughout the years. Have always received great no pressure service. Furniture is always of good quality. Have picked up and had delivery and both have been professional and friendly. Only downside of Ashley is that most all of their furniture cannot be customized with different colors and fabrics. Overall highly recommend for prices, quality and service.

I stopped in to see the sale on a table I was eyeing. I spoke with Kim who was very pleasant to talk to. I bought the dining room set and I’m very excited to get it in a couple weeks. I wanted to say that the experience was very nice and Kim was very personable to speak to. She explained everything super clearly. I’m a very happy customer.

My wife and I went to look at new couches a couple nights ago, we didn't get there til after 8pm and the store was closing at 9pm. Kim, one of the sales associates was phenomenal! They were short staffed that night with only herself and one other girl working and there was about 4-5 sets of customers browsing at 9pm still. Kim was very knowledgeable about the couches, fantastic customer service and she was able to juggle different customers all the while trying to provide the best experience possible. Kim you did an amazing job and we will definitely recommend Ashley Home Store as well as yourself!!

I had an amazing experience with Ashley Furniture in Langley. I went into the store feeling stressed and overwhelmed with putting together a certain look in my new home. My salesperson Kim went above and beyond to walk me through choosing just the right peices. She even went so far as to relocate furniture in the store to show me what it would look like in my home. I can’t wait til my new furniture arrives. I will be taking pictures and bringing them in to her to get decoration advice too. Thanks Kim for turning my stress excitement. See you in October.

Kim was fantastic! We visited several other furniture stores and were left confused and frustrated. When we walked into the Ashly furniture store in Langley, Kim approached us and we instantly felt welcomed and comfortable with our buying journey. We have a young daughter that wasn’t having a great day. Kim showed a great deal of respect and patience! We highly recommend the Langley Ashly furniture Store.
