Overall the staff are nice enough, however not empowered to make a decision without consulting their manager. They did try to locate a replacement product, but were not successful. In my opinion, I think they need to stand by their product, and replace it. The product I am referring to should never had broken, but it did and now we are the proud owners of a piece of junk. Let us hope in the future, people think about purchasing items there. Sadly, we do not have much choices in the area.

Rude staff, quality of products is extremely low. I've bought 3 things now that have broke within a week. All of it is cheaply made in China. Overpriced for what you're getting. Store is always a mess.

I'm not allowed to go here anymore because I always come home with some wacky useful kitchen gadget.
