They just don’t care. I talked to an associate in sales and while we were talking she was discussing the “break schedule “ with her colleagues! She was particularly unhelpful when I asked for an item. She wanted me to come down to the store to get it (couldn’t be bothered to look it up or check!). So I looked it up online and it turned out they don’t sell it. The response, “Oh well!”

Got recommended to try the services at Staples at this Mission location. Natasha was someone we briefly dealt with with a questions and some help in store. She was polite and friendly. We would use the printing services at Staples rather than the Copy Place in town. Better staff. Better service. And better prices.

Staff at Staples in Mission were very helpful. The ladies at the counter - Natasha and Hunter - were recommended by someone and we really appreciate their help. WAY better than the experience we had at another copy place in Mission. Good job you guys!
