The salesman that helped us out at the Brick was Anthony P. I myself was personally skeptical about the horror stories and frustrations that most people had at the Brick. Anthony is the complete opposite. He assisted us while we were on the market to furnish our new condo. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all product types from televisions, mattresses, washer and dryers, vacuums and furniture pieces. If you ever go to the Brick, make sure to ask for Anthony, and you will not be disappointed. He takes his job to a whole new level, offering valuable advice, competitive pricing and is able to provide you with the best deals available. Thank you for all your help Anthony.

It is unfortunately like too many furniture stores - commission sales but I was impressed with Rick the salesman we dealt with for a w/d. When I said I told my spouse I didn't care which one we got and couldn't picture needing a particular feature he recommended the less expensive set. Each little thing is added to the cost but again here I found they were more up front than the 3 other stores we checked out. Cost was the same across the board with one of the other being more expensive so what sold it was Rick's openness to the full cost.

My wife and I were moving and needed a new washer and dryer. I was blown away by the sincerity of Anthony. He was honest respectful and very helpful. We knew nothing coming in and walked away feeling much better about our purchase. Very impressed by the level of customer service we received. Would not hesitate in returning to this location even though we live in Langley.
