Very expensive not great quality. Rude staff

We drove to the Wickertree in Langley from Steveston after scouting the furniture and big box stores in Vancouver and Richmond for patio furniture. Wow! What a selection! We were greeted by Dustin who is very knowledgeable about the furniture and fabrics - durability and life span. He really spent the time that we needed to help us make the right decision for us with zero pressure. We ended up purchasing an L-shape patio set and a gas fire pit. We opted for the "quick ship" option which meant that we would have the furniture delivered within one week. We just got a call today and delivery is 2 days early! Nice! We had an amazing experience shopping at this store and would definitely come back again.

We were looking for fire tables and after being underwhelmed by some other stores regarding selection and quality of the offerings we were pleasantly surprised to walk in to this large store in Langley to find a nice variety of shapes, sizes and colors made to order that were practical - functioning both as a dining surface and fire table, with the cover included. The selection of fabrics, umbrellas and high end outdoor furniture was impressive, and we are now thinking of ugrading the rest of our outdoor space as well. The sales staff were helpful available to answer our questions, make suggestions and provide a price quote without making us feel pressured.

My husband and I recently had our deck renovations completed and we were looking for the prefect outdoor set to finish it off. I specifically wanted matching fabrics/cushions for everything - dining chairs, a sectional, and some large chairs. We scoured all over Surrey, Richmond, and Burnaby, and couldn't find a store that could do this. A friend recommended The WIckertree in Langley. Not only did we find the outdoor furniture we wanted, but they were also to make sure all the cushions had the same fabric - EXACTLY what I wanted. They also had a MASSIVE selection of fabric. Going in there, we weren't aware they carried fire tables, but found one that went nicely with our set. We can't even put into words how happy we are. We love sitting on our deck and being able to enjoy our beautiful furniture! Thank you, WIckertree!

coming all the way from vancouver, expected to see some nice patio furniture, at the very least receive a little customer service. out of the 3 staff, tending to all zero patrons, no one acknowledged our presence as they were busy chatting with one another. until, however, when we were leaving a woman asked if "i could be of any help to YOU PEOPLE". i guess us people of colour aren't their regular clientèle or maybe our people's money isn't any good at their establishment. oh well, on to the next.
