I purchased a reclining chair and a couch. The service I received from some old douchebag really really was not the service I would have expected! All in all the products and the price point was a good deal I would go back to that location again but I definitely wouldn't deal with the oldest dude that works there. The manager fix some issues for me and upgraded me into a better couch through the fact that there was complications from the sales guy and I. But happy shopping

I just purchased a dryer, I know nothing about dryers - both Jeremy and Troy at your Vernon location were super helpful. Not only did they help (not pester) me into the purchase, the purchase itself was painless. Thanks Brick Vernon!

Very bad business, I purchased a washer dryer set. 3 times came damaged. They do not refund, they replace. As a customer you are stuck, no appliances and no money back to go elsewhere. The delays were terrible. 2 months later I finally had a set undamaged. 2 months I had to use a laundromat. The manager Tammy tries but this company is unethical you pay or finance and your stuff is back ordered for weeks and then it arrives damaged. BUYERS BEWARE! Next time I shop Parnells. Local, good service you might pay a little more but avoid the Bricks B*****t

Tammy was extremely helpful at Midnight madness!! The store was crazy busy and she was so upbeat and on top of her game. It was a pleasure working with her.

If there was a zero I could give this store I would!! We spent over $5000 on appliances and the salesman asked us at least 10 times to buy warranty and would not take no for an answer! Very pushy! We purchased a $250 pillow for my husband who suffers very bad headache as we explained to the salesman.. he proceeded to sell us the pillow without a explaining that it is pretty much the only thing in the entire store that is non exchangeable. The pillow is too big, hurts my husbands head even more, which he discovered after the first night sleep on it, and when we went in to spoke to the manager Tammy, we received the WORST customer service we have ever experienced!! We have both been in customer service locally for several years and could not believe how this woman was treating us. To say the least, we will NEVER purchase anything from the brick in vernon again, and if they were customer service oriented AT ALL they would not have Tammy as a manager that speaks with customers AT ALL!!!
