The a great experience today purchasing a new refrigerator. It was the VIP event I was greeted as I entered the store and offered info on the specials for the day and weekend. Loved that I wasn't followed around the store and my space to look at the inventory that they had. When I was ready it was easy to find a sales person (Geoff) that was very accommodating to assist. He was very friendly and knowledgable and treated me like a customer. He pointed out some special features and information that I wasn't aware of. I have always had a positive experience at this location along with great product lines to choose from. This is definitely what keeps me coming back.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work on commissions so returning to the same sales person will buy you some loyalty. The prices are about the top of the mark for furniture, but the quality is great.

Today my bf and I went to this location to find a coffee table and area rug for our living room. A representative named Geoff L helped us find EXACTLY what we needed and for such a great price! The customer service was just excellent. I would definitely recommend checking out this location. What a great experience! Thanks Geoff :)

I work in sales and I would say this is the worst place to purchase furniture. If you want to be lied too and never receive what you paid for come down and see the terrible staff at Kelowna Brick!! Keep it up!!

We received our furniture yesterday and weren’t totally content with how it looked in our living room once we actually got it in the house so today, less than 24 hours after delivery, we went in to return it. They hassled us to no end. The sales person kept pointing his finger to my mom, accusitorily, telling her it was her decision and she’s stuck with it, to the point that my mom was literally in tears at customer service’s front desk. I explained to them that we had been customers there for almost 12 years, that there had to be a policy in place guaranteeing customer satisfaction, he refused to listen. He FORCED us to exchange it for a sectional. Now, our family is stuck with something that we didn’t want and nothing but regret to see what the place we trusted for so many years has become. Hell, they even tried to slip an extra 100$ extended warranty charge in our bill that we had no idea about until we were at terminal ready to pay! In the end, after 2 hours of taking their insulting nonsense, we left a written complaint on their desk and verbally told them that this was our last time in their store. Having worked in the service industry, I was taught that you never let a customer walk out unhappy with your service and these people couldn’t have cared less. I strongly advise anyone considering furnishing their home to look elsewhere. There’s better prices, better product and most certainly: better care.
