Everytime I have walked in there the staff have greeted me with a smile and are very friendly and approachable. The furniture in that store is beautiful. If you're looking for new furniture you need to visit them!

I purchased a couch and the matching chair from Ashley's in Kamloops and was very happy with the service start till finish. The salesman forest was very helpful and not at all pushy like every other furniture store in town. The couches are super comfy and seem like very good quality as well. They look great in my living room. This Is my 2nd set of Ashley couches and I'm sure it won't be my last. They hold up very well at last long time.

Good service and fair price. M&M follows thru on the promises he makes. I have shopped there twice so far, and I will shop there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Purchased a comfortable accent chair at a good price. There was quite the selection of furniture with many options for features, colours, and fabrics.

I was impressed with the layout of the store and the selection at Ashley Furniture. We purchased a rocker recliner and a gray sectional, this year's hottest colour, from Paul, recently. Everyone we interacted with at the store and during delivery was patient and answered my questions about the particular sectional my husband and I bought. We even got the furniture scotch guarded at a reasonable rate compared to what some of the other furniture stores in Kamloops were quoting us. They delivered soon and we will definitely shop at this new store again :)
