These guys are the best! Not only do they have the knowledge and experience, but they also are extremely professional and helpful. They have a great selection of BBQs, and you get fantastic service so that you'll always end up happy with whatever you end up buying. Highly recommend Rainforest Outdoor Living.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help with a hot tub that was needed for therapy and wasn't even purchased from Rainforest. They just acquired themselves a customer for all our future hot tub needs (and patio fire pits and patio heaters and...well, you get the idea.). Prompt, professional, and personable..thank you Ian...and Justine for expediting our repair work! And as the cherry on top, part of the conversation after Ian was finishing up went something like this: Me: So what was wrong with it. Ian: Looks like it was a faulty capacitor. Me: Like in Back To The Future? Does that mean I have a hot tub time machine. Wait! Isn't that another movie? Ian: Yeah, but you'd have to get it up to 85 miles an hour to time travel. Best tech experience ever! :D

Fantastic service - quick, friendly, reasonable, and topped off with a follow up call to ensure we were happy. The difference in service level between Raincoast and another firm we tried to use here in Courtenay is a tale of two extremes. Graham, Ian and Justine are all about the customer. I'm now a raving fan and this is my go-to store for all things hot tub related. Thank you all for an excellent customer experience.

I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years but recently ordered an item which I thought was a little expensive, before ordering I checked what it would cost in Vancouver but ordered locally as I like to support the community. Well i saw the bill and said it was over $100 more than Vancouver and maybe 200 more than online. Justine said that was incorrect they had to charge a set price, she did check later and confirmed the lower pricing. Her other comment rather than being sympathetic was she should have charged me more! Really disappointed in the manner in which this was handled, customer service and social media are big today.

We have been dealing with Graham and Justine for over a year and a half for our pool and now we can add hot tub to the list. Expert advise, phenomenal service, one of a very small handful of companies I will recommend without any hesitation. Every visit to the store is a pleasure, and I am glad to see the greatest measure of success, which is their current expansion. A true leader in business in the Comox Valley.
